How booking works

Three steps, no deposit

  1. 1
    Tell us your dates and group size. Through the booking form, WhatsApp or Viber. Say which tour, or describe what you'd like to see.
  2. 2
    We confirm, usually within a few hours. Pick-up time, place and price, in writing. Questions and changes are welcome.
  3. 3
    Your driver is at your door. Pay on the day. The rest of it is ours to handle.

Good to know

Questions we get before people book

Are the tours really private?
Yes. Every tour is only your party and your driver. We don't combine bookings, and there is no minimum group size. A couple, a family, or a group of eight all get the same private vehicle.
Where do you pick us up?
Anywhere in Sarajevo or Mostar: your hotel, an apartment, the airport, the bus station. Tours from Sarajevo can also end in Mostar (or the other way round) if you're moving between the two cities.
How far ahead should we book?
A few days is usually enough outside July and August. In high season, a week or two ahead is safer. Last-minute requests are welcome; if we have a driver free, we'll say yes.
What does the price include?
The vehicle, the driver, fuel, tolls and parking for the whole day. Entrance fees (where they exist, they're small), meals and drinks are yours. You pay on the day, in cash or by card where available.
Is a day tour suitable for children or older travellers?
Yes, and this is where private makes the difference. We set the pace to your group, add breaks, skip the steep climb, or shorten the day. Child seats are available on request.
Do you run tours across the border?
No. We work inside Bosnia and Herzegovina only, which is exactly why we know it as well as we do.
